Costs of a community access defibrillator

Prices vary by manufacturer and specifications, but these prices are a good working idea.

• Average cost of pads £50 + vat
• Average cost of batteries £250+ vat
• Weather housing £500 + vat
• New defib £1000 + vat
• Portable defib £1275 + vat

Why not donate a small amount every month? £2 a month will contribute towards a set of pads every year. This will also help us plan for more public access defibrillators around Seaford and Bishopstone.

Or a one-off donation of £50 to £1000 will buy one of the above.
